Just played the game and it was awesome that it made me impatient on the upcoming update. Question... If i play on steam there will be an update notification when the new update is released right? Last, can i move the saved data from the game which i currently downloaded from itch io to the steam version?
Yes, but steam version is probably not gonna be updated in a long time, (only when the game is finished) and you if you can find savefiles from itch.io version then you can probably carry over, i haven't used this version in a long time so can't say for sure.

by steam specifications it should run on my notebook if you can probably run this on very low PCs with minimal / no grass / reduced settings

I love this game so much, heck I even used it for benchmark because it is sorta GPU hungry, it's not a problem though, all the Normals and Bumbs are on the spot. Also the VR support rocks! I have one request, can you give our main guy a body on free roam please!

Nothing yet, unless you didn't play the patreon version, which goes to half of chapter 4. Now soon-ish he will release the rest of chapter 4 (which is the longest) and yes it does have VR support, but i am not sure how to do it.

Yes, it's the same one, only patreon version goes further (not much) which you have to pay for obviously.
its fine i got the patreon version for free since redamz isnt updating anything hes making people wait extra long so his patreons keep paying every momth because once he finishes the game some patreon wil stop sending him funds so hes milking it rn as much as he wants, and allot of people are pissed about it so they leaking the patreon version of the game

Yes, 3D/POV H-scenes, which are pretty impressive compared to other games.
I have the Prologue v3, if this is a new one (that I think it's, because the update date), how I keep my old progress but playing this new version? The version that I played finished in the interlude I guess, because I couldn't find anything else
If you're playing the steam version, then yeah your saves will be kept, that's how steam is. To continue you just, load up your latest save and play on as much as you can.

The newest one is the one that goes half of chapter 4, yes. He's working on rest of chapter 4 and it will be the longest/biggest part so far. Not sure when it will be released, but might be couple of months. (Not sure)

1. Try verifying the cache of the game in steam.
2. your antivirus of some kind might be blocking the game. (try disabling it and running the game or removing the game from the antivirus blocking things. Live-protection is a bitch.
3. Outdated video card driver or outdated directx version.
I think (2) will solve your problem if not then (3) for sure.

Well someone sounds like they have a giant stick up their butt.
Have to butt in here, You DO realize that 3gb that you say this thing uses (on the system setups you tested it on) is NOT just for graphics right? 1/4 to 3/4ths of ram memory usage is computing based only, the ram only stores info that is constantly needed by the program as it's running so it lessens the load on the system as a whole and said memory is cleared when the PC is shut off so the entire lot can be used once again.
The GPU takes on most of that and if it can't get enough ram to use THEN it borrows from the CPU ram, always has, always WILL.
You say you're a Beta tester? I find that hard to find truthful for a few reasons, the main one being NO Beta tester would EVER hold that job for more than a second with how you talk...The other reasons are these, a Beta testers main job is to troubleshoot, find bugs, report them and give feedback. Second reason is even a Beta tester should know that know that not all programming is "universal" AKA it's not a one size fits all deal and you did not just compare this Dev to Bethesda...You do realize that Bethesda hasn't been able to make a stable game since Morrowind right?

You can try downloading it from steam (If you haven't fixed the problem yet) or antivirus is acting up, i download it just fine and it's clear.

With this "Prologue" version it is the latest, which goes up to chapter 3(i think) and if you want more you can go on his patreon and get the official game(not finished) but goes up to half of chapter 4
